We (CPL Design) manage the CPL Design Website. This privacy policy (“Policy”) describes the personal data collected or generated (processed) when you use CPL Website (the “Site”). However, your transactions by credit card are processed by the service of STRIPE (185 Berry Street Suite 550 San Francisco, CA 94107). The data of your payment order is collected and used directly by this service for the only reason to process your payment order. We do not collect nor save any data of your payment.


When interacting with our Site, data is automatically collected and shared with CPL Design Website by the technology platforms providing the experience.  For example, your web browser or mobile device may share certain data with Baldinini Watches as those devices interact with our Site.  More information about these practices is included in the Cookies and Pixel Tags section below. This data includes:

Google Analytics uses “cookies”, text files sent and stored on your computer to analyze the use of this website by your visit. The information of your visit gained by the cookies is transmitted to and stored at severs of Google in the USA. According to our settings the last digits of the IP-address allocated to your computer within the European Union or associated countries of the European Economic Area are automatically erased before transmission.
